Medical Cannabis Card

We certify patients for medical cannabis to treat many different conditions such as chronic pain, PTSD, muscle spasms, and more. Cost for a one-year medical cannabis card is $100 plus $38.50 payable to the Department of Health. Appointments are done via Telemedicine and your card will be issued in 1-2 business days.

High Blood Pressure/Hypertension

If you are over 40 years old or are overweight you should be screened for hypertension. Treatment of hypertension can include medication, weight loss, and lifestyle changes.

Weight Loss

We offer medically supervised weight-loss programs using Semaglitude which is the generic name for the brand name Ozempic medication. Our patients lose on average 5-10 pounds per month and are given a once per week injection at our clinic in Kahului. The cost for a 3 month weight-loss plan is $650 per month. Cholesterol

A complete cholesterol test is done to determine whether your cholesterol is high and estimate your risk of developing heart attacks and other forms of heart disease and diseases of the blood vessels. A complete cholesterol test includes the calculation of four types of fats (lipids) in your blood. Treatment for high cholesterol includes medication and lifestyle modification.
