At Maui Family Medicine we provide patients with medical cannabis certification (329 Card) and you can call us or schedule your appointment online. All appointments are now done by Telemedicine.
Please note that the Department of Health just launched their new registration website and if you are having trouble logging in to download your card you can call them for assistance Monday-Friday at (808) 733-2177.
