Primary Care for You
At Maui Family Medicine we provide compassionate care for you and your family. We understand that quality healthcare is essential to leading a happy and healthy life and we’ll strive to create an ongoing relationship with patients and their families. We accept HMSA, HMAA and UHA insurance. We also certify patients for medical cannabis. If you would like to schedule an appointment for a medical cannabis card certification (also called a 329 card) please click on Schedule Appointment. Cost for medical cannabis certification is $90 per year for a 2 Year Renewal. All patients receive a credit of $50 for new and renewal certifications to be used at a local dispensary.
